Student Service

Abedeen Academy offers a comprehensive range of services to our students for the convenience of the parents. From transportation to school meals, Abedeen Academy engages with professionals to ensure the safety, comfort and welfare of our students as well as enriching the community as a whole.

Our student-centric services include the following

Transportation

The transportation service is set up to provide a comprehensive transport facility, giving ease and assurance to parents with regards to the safety and timing of the transportations. Abedeen Academy outsources its transportation service to a few transport companies (or provider) with highly trained and tested drivers on the road. They are trained specifically for transporting students to and from school. The arrangement of the route will be based on the number of registrations received and dependant on negotiation with the parents in terms of drop off and pickup points. These trained drivers usually pickup and drop off the students at residential areas where it is most convenient to parents and students. We also offer to help engage and deal with different transport providers if none of the transportations provided is within the students’ reachable areas.

Cafeteria

Abedeen Academy canteen provides and serve a wide range of balanced meal to suit different tastes and requirements in our dining facility as to fulfil and caters to our internationally diverse palate since our school is of many nationalities.

However, students are permitted to bring their own packed lunch to school or they may opt for the more convenient option which is to purchase lunch from the Abedeen canteen. Students are issued with an Abedeen Academy ID Card which uses the POS (P O System) and is required by students to use when purchasing food, among other things. This specialized card can be used to pay for food at the canteen and as access card to enter the school grounds. If students forget or lose their card, they will have to renew the card at the office and will be purchasing food via promissory means while the new card is prepared.

Minimum value for first time use is RM200 and can be reloaded when the balance is insufficient via online. Online credit top up can be done through JomPay or the bank transfer. Meals include breakfast (recess), lunch and after school for those who stays back. The time for the meals are as follows:
